I love Cesar Millan. My sister who teaches 9th and 10th grade english watches the show for this very reason.

And no offense to Justin, or the 3,000 people who liked the tumblr marriage proposal, but I don’t really think it’s all that great of a way to propose. I mean yeah, you made a video. And I mean yeah, you put it on the top of everyone’s tumblr dashboard. I just don’t think it’s so good, you know?

It seems kinda impersonal to me. I don’t know all of the details, but I don’t think that not proposing to someone in person is the best idea. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I would get on one knee in a park somewhere before I did that to my future wife, the same way I would never propose to my wife at a Red Sox game (Broncos game maybe, but no one else). I just don’t really like it.

I know. I know. This make me a woman, for critiquing someone’s proposal. But don’t get me wrong, I just don’t think it’s really as great as everyone seemed to think it was, due to the fact that 3,000 people had liked it in probably 5 minutes. I hope they have a happy marriage. A super happy marriage!

I agree. I was hoping that it showed up and he was next to her with a ring. That would be a little bit more okay, I think.

Justin actually works for IndyMogul, they have a web series about filmmaking on a budget…or no budget, ha. You can see all of Justin’s videos on vimeo too- It’s been like a thing for them. He made one for their anniversary- she’s an actor in a lot of the videos he makes for the show and he’s been video blogging since 2004 and for the duration of the relationship…I’m assuming. So I don’t really see any other way he could do it. I feel like it was super personalized. Video maybe hasn’t defined their relationship, but it’s definitely played an integral role. I don’t actually know him at all- I just stalk him a little. Indy Mogul will do that to you. I wish them the best.
